Two Keys ("we", "us") operates Two Keys. This policy explains what we collect, what we do not collect, and why.

What we do not collect

We want to be specific about this, because it matters for a product like this one.

We do not receive, store, or have any access to anything you type into the fillable PDFs in this kit. Those files live on your own device. What you write in them stays in your file unless you choose to share it.

We do not receive, store, or have access to anything you paste into an AI tool using the prompts in this kit. Those prompts are used in your own AI account with a provider you choose, such as ChatGPT or Claude. That interaction is between you and that provider, and is governed by their privacy policy, not ours. We are not a party to it and never see it.

We do not have accounts, logins, or user dashboards. There is nothing for us to store about how you use the product.

What we do collect

When you buy from us, our payment and store platform (Shopify) collects the information needed to process your order — typically your name, email address, billing address, and payment details. Payment card details are handled by Shopify and its payment processors. We do not see or store your full card number.

If you sign up for our email list, we collect the email address you give us so we can send you what you asked for and occasional emails about the product. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Our website may use standard analytics to understand general traffic patterns, such as how many people visit a page. This is aggregate information and is not used to identify you personally.

How we use it

We use the information above to deliver your purchase, provide support, and send emails you have asked to receive.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers we need to run the business — for example our store platform and our email provider — and only for that purpose.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time. You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing twokeyscompany@gmail.com. Note that we may need to retain certain order records for tax and accounting purposes.

Children

This product is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
